iOS problem

Apple seems to think its a software issue so a reset was performed and now I'm waiting to see if it has resolved the issue entirely, so far so good.

This time I had an unusual problem, since someone at another store messed up our family's phones, and the BestBuy staff patiently worked out a solution. I love my new phone, and I feel confident that this was the best choice for me!
