This is my first iPhone.. For years I always had the Samsung Galaxy phones. I was tired of my slow phone and dead battery and decided to buy the iPhone. Overall I love the iPhone. Siri makes it really easy to text hands free when driving. The camera is much better and I enjoy the face time feature. So far so good...

The software updates are awesome. The camera takes very clear photos and my favorite new feature is the live photo. The screen size makes everything easier to read and to use.

I wasn't going to buy the iPhone 6s because my other phone was fairly new. I had the galaxy note 4. I kinda downgraded from the note 4 to the 6s but my note 4 was starting to give me alot of problems. I love android and i also love ios. I also did have an apple id with content because of my ipad mini and ipod touch. I always wanted a gold iPhone because of how lovely they looked so i pre ordered the gold one for Verizon. I love the phone because its very smooth and fluid. The screen is not bad but is no where near compared to the screen on my note 4. The camera is really nice compared to the iPhone 6 but again no where near the 16 mega pixel camera on the note 4. But one thing that i really like is apples eco system. Like for example everything talks to each other. Like if i get a phone call or text i can access it from my mac book pro, iPad or my iPhone. Also the touch id finger print scanner is amazing. I believe that there is no finger print scanner out there that compare to apples touch id 2nd gen. It is really fast and responsive. I really recommend this phone to any one who is in the market for a new smart phone.

Size its perfect, camara works awesome, maybe the same features than all the other but this is the one i could say its the best

I gave this to my mother who was using Samsung galaxy s3 and she loved it very much. She is 60 years and needs no training how to use iphone which means its a great design by apple plus she loves doing facetime with other family members.

I love the fact that it's very fast and even though it's slim and light, it feels sturdy.

Love the product but was especially pleased with Ally's assistance in describing the features and helping me set it up. Way better than the assistance received at the Verizon store. Will definitely go back to Best Buy for my wife's upgrade and future needs.

Easy to use great pictures great apps. I have been using this type of phone for several years. I am in my 70s and find I can understand and see how to use this product.

This was my first iPhone and I absolutely love it. The features are incredibly easy to use. 3D touch isn't all its cracked up to be but it has its uses, like in games.

the biggest surprise how fast was it compared to my old 4s, larger screen is extremely clear and not even a second I regret getting larger phone, even its a bit heavier. A little bit inconvenient phone jack on the bottom vs. top before but will get used to it. Battery last much longer even with bright screen on. Another thing Best Buy promotion that was really great. Overall very happy with purchase.

I upgraded my iPhone 5 to this version. The improvements are significant, including processor speed, display, and camera. Apple continues to lead the smartphone field.

We are very happy with the new iPhone 6s. Such an improvement over our iPhone 5s. The camera is awesome. And it is so easy to get everything set up at Best Buy.

This has been a great mid-cycle upgrade. It may feel relatively greater to me since I relinquished my esteemed 4s (3G and original sized screen). My lady gladly relinquished her 5c for the larger screen and faster processing too. I was glad to trade it for a gift card too! Thanks Best Buy!

The iPhone 6 is great. It's easy to use & easy to read. It fits nicely in my pocket and I don't lose it in my bag.

I've had my phone about 3 weeks and so far I love it! It's a lot faster than my 5 and I love the color and bigger screen! The Live Photos are pretty cool too!

The iPhone 6S is a big step up from the 5C. Picture quality is significantly better and the phone is much faster in opening and going from one app to another.

I love the bigger screen, the touch sensitivity is really good, I like the 3D Touch also that's pretty sweet feature and the camera is great on this phone!

I had an iPhone 4 and really was ready for an upgrade. This thing has a great display and some new features I really like, including Siri. I like, too, that it's bigger than the old phone but still small enough to fit in my pocket. What I principally didn't like has little to do with the phone itself but mainly to do with AT&T's purchase plan. It's expensive, considering how much they are already making on us though their service fees. I got the 4 for a buck, with their 2- year contract; but this thing will cost me $800 over 3 years, which I'll have to pay whether the phone lasts that long or not. I won't do this again: next time I'm looking for a different carrier. I'd recommend the phone, but not this carrier! There has to be a cheaper way to get this phone.
