    This is my first iphone. I'm satisfied with the phone, but probably wont stick with iphones, not because of the phone but because of Apple's product lifetime. I purchased the phone before all the controversy regarding updates, and battery life. Had this information been out before I made my purchase, it would have swayed my decision and I would have chosen google or a samsung phone

    I always hesitate when needing to upgrade my phone. However, I'm glad I did at this time. Also, the Best Buy salespeople are very patient and knowledgeable!

    I don't think apple should keep this phone on the market since the battery is poor. Can't even get through a day on the battery. Slow to send and receive text.
