I've noticed the battery on this phone seems to drain more quickly than on my old 5S. I do you like being able to use the command "hey Siri" in order to text hands-free when necessary. The screen protector on this device has a continual "halo" around the edges, which kind of bugs me. I was told the phone's perimeter is rounded and so the screen protector cannot seal completely 100 percent to the outer edge. I am a fairly basic smart phone user and this phone has proven to be very user-friendly. It has plenty a room for apps and photos (32 GB is definitely adequate for me.)

Purchase was easy to make online, but there was an issue with instore pick up. However, one call to best buy.com support and issue was resolved

I got this phone for my middle schooler, his first phone since he's taking the school bus this year. It's a great phone with lots of cool features that helps me physically keep track of him, require adult approval to download anything and limit calls he can receive. Also, it's light and fits easily in his pocket, even with the protector case on it.

When my husband's i phone 4 died, we were going to the phone company to purchase a new one. I decided to scout out the i phone 6 at Best Buy and was surprised to discover that their prices were much more reasonable and that they could transfer all the data and access our A T & T account. The process was seamless, we saved over $300 and my husband is happy with his new phone.

I've had this phone for a month. No problems so far. I got it at Best Buy and was told by the person helping me they could only transfer my contacts and pictures. He could not transfer my apps or text messages. When I got home my son was visiting and he told me they were wrong and he transferred everything over. It is nice having a little larger phone I can see better.

Another year, another new iPhone! We preordered two new iPhone 6S this year – both 64GB rose gold, one for AT&T and one for Verizon (I know, it’s complicated when it comes to wireless plans in my family). Both were delivered on launch day back on 9/25, and after over two weeks I think I’ve had enough time to make an accurate assessment of the latest offering out of Cupertino.

Perfect starter phone for my 10 year old. Wish it came in a 64 GB, but should have enough space for him. Would not be enough for someone who uses lots of apps or took lots of pictures.
