    This is an “up grade” as Verizon has told me. I accidentally washed my other phone which had done just fine for me but they no longer carry it so I had to get the next one to it. The phone is a little bigger so I had to get a larger Otter cover for it. It takes up more space in my pocketbook and to carry it with the clip is cumbersome. The phone itself is just like my 5 except they told me the camera is better.

    Price was great for my fathers first smartphone. Activating the phone was something else. The guy that sold us the phone just got it to where it would call. We had to erase and reactive the phone once home for apple id and settings.
