Consistent high quality is a hallmark of Apple and this phone is no different. This was purchased for my high school aged daughter - she's quite happy. My husband and I use Android phones but our kids prefer Apple. Since I'm not familiar with iOS I was useless with the initial setup. The only hiccup during set up occurred when she was suddenly unable to sign into iCloud to complete transfer of information from her old iPhone to the new device. (I hate iCloud, iTunes). The handset itself is great.
