Bought an iPhone 6s for my mom for $14.99 per month on Verizon. Two days later it went on sale for $9.99 per month. After inquiring about a “price adjustment” to take advantage of the better pricing, was told that was not available for cell phones. It was clear the rep was not interested in assisting me. Quite frustrating given my mother is on a fixed income.

good phone for the price. compared to iPhone 7 and higher, has les features, but great. would recommend.

This is my 3rd iphone 6. I bought 2 earlier for my wife and father. Now I got this one for me. I was unable to afford the price so waited for a deal. It was an awesome deal from Bestbuy #LoveBestbuy. I had hands on with iphone 7 for few days. I do not see much of a difference for my usage between iphone 6s and 7. All the features are same except camera and sharper display on 7 which are not a major concern to me. Just love this phone .

We are an Apple household, but my daughter's first phone was a Samsung. That worked fine for about a year, but it started having issues, so we decided to upgrade her to an iPhone 6s. She loves it and it's also a lot easier to connect her to the rest of the family. Ha!

Will never do business at Best Buy again, have $ in bank held me up for three hours would not give me line of credit,, missed my kids ,, phone was for Xmas........ Had to ship. not. Good experience,, had to go ATM,, bank,,, why not credit was granted,,,,, me an my bank don't understand

This camera needs classes as are offered at the Apple Store. I'm 70+ miles from apple, I've been in twice for help however you should offer better help for transition from android to apple. Wait time is excessive with a lot of friends dropping by, however help was good after I got help.

Nice to get the 6s when it is on sale. Also the 32gb is a lot better than the default 16gb space

I bought an iPhone 6s each for my step kids. They love their phones due to the various amounts of apps which are available and the amount of storage space in addition to cloud storage. The cost was reasonable compared to my 256g iPhone 7plus. Great phone for teens and pre-teens.

This phone was a replacement phone for a 72 year old. Since "hard to teach an old dog new tricks" is very appropriate in this case, the decision was to stick with what has already been learned. The Best Buy phone team was extremely helpful in accomplishing this task.
