I am very pleased with my new iphone. Customer service was great. I didn't know about Best Buy's mobile stores, but found them to be very well stocked and appealing.

I ordered this online and it was delivered within a few days. It came with a new SIM card so all I had to do was insert it and call my carrier to activate it.

My phone is everything I had expected. I wouldn't have chosen rose gold however the case I chose covers most of it and what I do see appears as more of an accent color

I know bluetooth headphones work, but I just enjoy the cable too much to get a newer phone. I like that I can charge and still keep the aux cable plugged in.

I moved up from the 5S to this iphone 6 only because my old phone battery was not holding a charge for more than 8-10 hours-with no use. Frankly, this phone only holds a charge about 13 hours with very little use so I am not pleased with that. Everything else seems good.

Looked for a phone for my kids....the iPhone 6s was highly rated, and was on sale for a great price....plus, the salesperson was fantastic!....I highly recommend!

Awesome phone. Lasted 6 years until battery slowly started to give up. Nice entry level smartphone for most.
