    I was sold a locked/Universal iphone when I specfically requested for an unlocked one.Since it was over the return period by the time I went out of country and brought back the phone after learning its locked, best buy refused to refund/exchange the phone. Its supposed to be a gift to someone out of country and its useless now. Very disappointed with the carelessness.
