I was having trouble with my last phone and was eligible for an upgrade. Decided to do it and so far no problems.

This was an upgrade for my husband from an IPhone 4s, the quality of the camera is amazing. He really likes live option.

Iphone is the most requested phone by the young people that I know. It is what it is. What makes the difference is the people in the store that help you with the sale and go out of their way to to help with any request or problem. Best Buy staff have done that for me and deserve to be recognized for going out of their way to make my purchase easy, and if I might say so, fun. Thank you.

We had already decided on this phone before we came to the store, but the salesperson was the difference between a so-so experience and one that was wonderful. She helped us pick out a great cover and screen protector, all the time being very personable and friendly. We love the phone!

Will never do business at Best Buy again, have $ in bank held me up for three hours would not give me line of credit,, missed my kids ,, phone was for Xmas........ Had to ship. not. Good experience,, had to go ATM,, bank,,, why not credit was granted,,,,, me an my bank don't understand

This camera needs classes as are offered at the Apple Store. I'm 70+ miles from apple, I've been in twice for help however you should offer better help for transition from android to apple. Wait time is excessive with a lot of friends dropping by, however help was good after I got help.

This was an excellent deal on sale, just in time to replace my grandson's broken I Phone.

It's well known fact that iPhone is the best smart phone in the market. getting an unlocked phone might be tricky. However, it was super easy to buy one at Best Buy store and the representative was well informed and updated with what countries the phone will work in.

the iphone was very easy to adapt to after using an Android system for the past 5 years.

I bought this phone as a Christmas gift for my dad. I wanted the deal that was going on at the time, but I didn’t want the phone to be activated until after my dad opened it. The CSR was really helpful in getting this situated with my carrier quickly.

I went from IPhone 5c to this 6s. Love it. Works well. Love the thumb print id. I now get Apple Pay, although doesn't work as well in a flip phone case. This phone has car play, so now I can use maps from my phone on my car for directions. That's great!

My niece had an iPhone 4. although it worked perfect, she felt left out that everyone else in the family had an iPhone6. So I, her “cool” Aunt, got her an iPhone 6 for Christmas. She loves it and I loved seeing her expression when she opened it on Christmas!!!
