Iphone is the most requested phone by the young people that I know. It is what it is. What makes the difference is the people in the store that help you with the sale and go out of their way to to help with any request or problem. Best Buy staff have done that for me and deserve to be recognized for going out of their way to make my purchase easy, and if I might say so, fun. Thank you.

Not to big, not to small. Fast and responsive as well. Gave this to my kids as their first phone.

My wife has been an Android user for years but recently she was showing signs of liking my iPhone. When her old phone gave up the ghost this was the new phone we settled on. It is the perfect size for her, she has picked up on the Apple IOS quickly and now uses her smartphone more than ever.

For the price I paid, it is great. Couple of years old, so you can't expect to be the best but does things fast.

I like the iPhone as this is the first brand I've purchased. Better and enhanced features from the last series.

Dropped it in water....but after a day, it was back to working fine. Convenient size fits in pocket really well!

It's an Iphone. Other than having to pay too much for storage, it's a great device. I like the simple interface much better than Android phones, but that's obviously a personal choice. This one was purchased for my son. I own the plus model myself. The only issue is the way that carriers make you jump through hoops to buy a phone. It takes quite some time to get out of the store with your phone. This is not Best Buy's fault, but it's still not very convenient.
