Simple process through Best Buy

Anyway getting exactly what she wanted at a cheaper price than Sprint itself. Thank you Best Buy you saved the day again.

She didn't want the wireless headphones, so she chose the 6S and is absolutely thrilled. Price was much less than at the AT&T store, so I'm happy, too!

Great phone of its time, Battery not so great.

Recently faced some hiccups like frozen screen after ios 11. Battery life also got incorrect and diminished hugely after ios11 upgrade. If Apple is allowing to upgrade to ios 11, it should not sabotage the phone or it can't hold charge for 5-6 hours of normal use.

I got a BestBuy e-Gift card with my purchase. You have to wait until Best Buy Mobile offers a gift card with the purchase of yout desired smart phone.
