    The phone overall is great. However when I bought it there were 2 weird lines on the screen visible only after smudging. I went to Best Buy for an exchange but was told that I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee though it was a manufacturing defect clearly. Not good service overall from Best Buy

    With the online price of $360+tax with Verizon plan, I have bought this phone. But this phone was locked to T-Mobile and I was unable to use it with Verizon. Reported the issue to BestBuy. Bestbuy has blamed Verizon. Verizon has blamed BestBuy. Later both Verizon and BestBuy blamed Apple. At last Bestbuy person was able to return and exchange. .but when I got the exchange they charged me to $550 instead of $360 which is online offer. I was totally disappointed and I am still struggling to get the price adjustments between Bestbuy and Verizon :((
