My Mom wanted this phone. She is struggling with it. But all in all in all she likes it.

Phone hardware is great, but software needs to evolve and catch up to Android level of flexibility.

I am a first time apple user. As of now still learning but hoping to enjoy the phone.

Bought for my mom, her first smart phone. Kinda small and really needed more memory

Phone was in purse, purse got caught in car door, corner of IPHONE 6S bent all the way back. ZAGG protector protected the screen but Otter Box corner didn't protect the "soft" aluminum metal of IPHONE 6. My 16 year old now has a brand new bent IPHONE 6 for her 16th birthday. YAY! ;(

Does not have the feature where I can change voice to text.

This was a 6s replacement for a 6. The speakers are tinny, the charging port gets clogged easily, and the battery gets degraded quickly. I'm almost done with 2 years of payments for this phone, and I can't wait to get rid of it.

I've always loved the functionality of the iPhone, but they really need to get over the whole non-expandable-memory thing. Especially considering how much we all use our phones for photos now.

I asked the associate for an unlocked iPhone. But she gave me a phone which was not unlocked and it did not work in India. I had to bring it back to US and got refund after talking to customer service manager. Unfortunately, refund went to my best buy credit card as the Store Manager said he can`t give cash back. So I need to use that amount to buy something from best buy which is not fair since it was caused by a mistake an associate. I ended up buying unlocked phone from apple store.

Well, Apple sure could do better with the quality of the glass screen. It breaks relatively easy. It is a shame that American made products are built so poorly.

It's an ok phone because it does have LTE, but my old IPhone 4 got a much better phone signal than this new one.

Just bought this phone 6s about a month ago and tonight it died while talking over the line. It just died and apple logo just kept coming back on and off and repeated endlessly. I called the apple care and the agent wasn't that helpful. need to take it to the store. very disappointing!

This was the worst phone I've ever purchased. Luckily best buy let me return it the next day. I had switched from apple to Android for 1 phone and tried to go back to apple but no more and will never miss iTunes...

asked for a unlocked iphone and when i got back to Aruba iphone is locked. Now its useless. Does not work here in Aruba. Need an ATT chip to unlock it.

Sold a refurbish iPhone as new. Will never make another electronics product there
