Phone may not be latest offering from the fruit company but at half the price, best quality phone for your money. $200 BB gift card was icing on the cake.

Who wouldn’t recommend this item to a friend? Literally everyone I know has iPhones. Mainly because if they don’t then I refuse to know them.

This is my first smart phone so I'm having a bit of a learning curve.I have found the things of concern are always operator errors.

I switched from a droid. Still getting used to the changes. My kids are used to apple so they are teaching me how to get around, But I do like the options on this phone and still learning:)

The phone was a bit of headache for the first two weeks! I was stressed out I had to be on with support all the time not real happy about that . I was pleased with their help they did a great job walking me through all the problems I had .

My wife purchased this phone after her iPhone 5c would no longer accept upgrades? So I believe we will have this phone until once again it does not accept upgrades. I believe Apple does this just so you will buy another phone in 2 years.

Decided to go with the 6 over the 7. So far it's a great phone.

I avoid the Verizon store and go right to Best Buy when I need a phone. They can set it up so much faster and it is an easier process.

I switched from a Galaxy because of the FaceTime feature. It wasn't hard to switch over. Beautiful color. I get compliments all the time.
