Maybe it hit the ground just right but it was only from about 2-3 feet up.

Worked great for first month or so, then available time has dropped off dramatically. Apple says that's normal. For what I paid, it's not.

Speaker on the phone is not as good as other I-phones I've had. For the most part, Apple is tried and true. I hope to be happier with this phone.

Return to store twice but couldn't get help & left after 30 mins

The touch screen works most of the time, but not always. The Apple genus store says it normal. BS! I say as I have had 2 previous same make and model which were very good.
