The phone itself is functional and sleek. The operating system is typical Apple: locked up with little ability to customize. It's how Apple operates and this was not a surprise.

My old phone was starting to act up (freezing, needing a restart, stuttering, hesitating) and I knew it was time to upgrade. This 6S is amazing. Pretty (got the gold version), comfortable to hold and type on, really really fast. Best of all the transition to this new phone took all of 30 minutes and I think it has more to do with my laptop than the phone itself.

My wife had purchased a new iphone 6s through Best Buy retail store and the guy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made it a breeze for her. I played with her phone a bit and read review after review on it and compared it to the Samsung galaxy s7. I come from androids and that is all i have ever had since smart phones. It took a little bit of getting used to but my iphone 6s is amazingly easy to operate. I dont think i will go back to android. I made my purchase through Best Buy online. I still find it hard to believe how simple it was. Everything was integrated. I didn't have to go to any other website to confirm or set anything up. It took a couple of extra days to ship it. But, once it came in, it was already setup and ready to go! I would definitely recommed the iphone 6s and Best Buy!

My mother works for Apple and I am a fan of their products. My main issue when first purchasing the phone was dropped calls due to my servicing randomly cutting out. Once the new IOS update came out, it stopped dropping my calls. I get call failures a few times here and there now, but not often. The phone itself has been good. Camera quality isn't bad. Size of the phone is nice. Screen is a good size.
