easy to use IT. VERY GOOD PHONE. LIKE IT VERY MUCH.

I've had android for years and decided to take a chance with Apple. So far haven't had any issues and really appreciate the different features apple offers compared to Samsung.

Great product to provide full protection for your IPhone. Why only 4 stars: The case needs to be removed if you have a charger other than the one provided with the phone (like a lightening cable). Had to purchase another charger so I wouldn't have to keep removing the case (which of course defeats the purpose of the case!).

Best Buy is always a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend to go to them first when purchasing any phone. They always have better phone offer then the phone company itself

Wife needed a new phone, this was perfect. She turned in her old phone for $200 and this phone was the same price. It was free technically and newer than mine. She's happy, I'm happy.

Daughter loves her phone. But the help from the local best buy is terrible. Received conflicting information from different sales people. Will try to never return to this best buy:(

The memory capacity was really a big help for me who step up from iphone 5s 16gb. So far the Sprint signal is getting better and better. I am grateful to move to Sprint. Great job!!!

This is my first iPhone although I have a couple of iPads and a MacBook. I was really reluctant to switch as I've had a BlackBerry for years. Would have stayed with BlackBerry if sprint supported it. iPhone is working fine though. Only had one problem when button too and call didn't seem to work. Had to turn off phone

Bought for my daughter. She wanted the Galaxy Seven Note and we all know how that would have turned out. She loves this Apple and we are switching our other Galaxies to Apple.

Went in to purchase a phone due to needing one. The customer service rep was helpful and explained what I would be gaining with this phone over other generations... so far so good!

The iphone is ubiquitous so nothing more can be said about it, but Best Buy's pricing during the holidays is what keeps us coming back to them for our phones every year!

I had the phone over two years , newer iPhone has come out of course . What's there to say, Apple product is a great product (always updating keeping up with there users)

Iphones for me are just the best. I have other phones before and they just get bug out or crashes especially their apps. I really like iTunes a lot for their market contents.

New phone for the wife - she really likes the upgrade from her old 4s. Glad Apple still offers a "smallish" version of the iPhone as the larger version is just ridiculous.
