A Worthwhile Upgrade

This upgrade seems to have a few more useful features and better battery life. The main thing I'd like to comment on is the great service we received at Best Buy. Waited 45 minutes at Sprint and couldn't get anyone to help us. No waiting at Best Buy, and friendly staff at the phone counter.
