Upgraded from iPhone 5. Like all of the improvements. Siri still has issues.

This phone is so great. it has so many features and I really like it. I would recommend it to family and friends!

Awesome service, and great phone. Was a gift for my mom and she loves it. The screen size is much better than the 5s.

Purchased a new iphone. Old one had problems after 2 years. Had to upgrade.

I am having problems with my phone numbers being stored. when ever I add anything they switch back to the old backup I took it to apple and they cant figure it out I'm to the point I want to get my old phone turned back on. would recommend if I was more Tech savvy but then again, apple could figure it out.

This phone is the best money can buy. It's clean, simple, and user friendly.

Great size for my grandson durable and I'm not worried about him losing it because we have the find my iPhone app

This phone with 64GB stores more stuff than any other phone I've ever owned. Makes things a lot easier.

Long time AT&T customer (contract and non-contract)... coverage in my area is great; app to manage my account is helpful. In these few weeks with IPhone and contract, I am very happy with my purchase. Also got Otterbox Defender. While I am still searching for better method of carrying the protected phone while freeing my hands, I am thrilled with the Otterbox protection. Accidentally dropped once, and no issues from that drop with either the case or the phone.
