    Phone was set up wrong and has been a problem since, I do not recommend purchasing and will not purchase a phone from BestBuy again. They somehow switched the names the phone was under, and also pulled my old sim card from my iPhone 5 and said it would be fin, it was not, I also continue to have problems with the phone locking up several times a week. I just never had a problem getting my phone from a cell provider store. I love best buy and shop there almost on a weekly basis, Ill lust stay away from the phone section.
