Good phone. However, it doesn't have very many new features that I use continuously. Also a little larger and bulkier than the 5s.

This phone was for my daughter and I couldn't believe what a great deal best buy had so we could get a free case with the phone.

I have had this phone for a few months and through several updates. It works wonderfully with very flew glitches. Great phone!

This phone runs iOS apps very quickly and the phone call clarity was a noticeable improvement over previous generation phones.

Yep. After waiting until my 4, yes 4, finally died I skipped my way to my loca Best Buy for an upgrade. SO. WORTH. IT.

we got great service and a knowledgeable person to talk with. he answered our questions and showed us how to use them.

I actually like the size of the 4s that I had I was able to hold the phone but the finger print camera are much better

Nothing like the 5 in size. Harder to type on one handed and is really bulky in the pocket. Customer service was great!

I like the new phone but I hate that I just can't say that and have to make sure I've used 50 characters. So stupid.

Overall very happy with my purchase. The only feature of the phone that needs improvement is the talk to text .

Although this is an expensive smart phone, the iphone's reliability and operating system stands above the rest.

A little buggy. For 750+ dollars I expect near perfection. This is a little buggy when a lot of apps are open.

This is a good phone, but the battery life is not great. Apple really needs to focus on the battery life.

This is an Xmas gift for our 11yo. Android did not have the learning apps recommended by his teachers.
