Upgraded to 6s and I honestly want my 5c back. It's slow and locks up. Have to reboot at least twice daily. Everyone passes the buck on what's wrong or who's issue causes the problems. Need bugs worked out.

I am not Apple's biggest fan, but my daughter loves it. And facetime is very useful because I travel for work. So it is really nice to put a face to the conversation.

Apple should be more competitive in getting latest technology in IOS. Compared to Android it is bit lagging back.

My wife wanted a new iPhone so I bought her the Rose 6s and it is horrible We have 4 iPhones in our house I have the 6 s plus and it works great her phone is always out of range and calls fail daily ATT gave new sim Apple confirmed issue and reset Now the want to send a brand new phone for repair What a waste of 800 dollars

My son is happy with the purchase of his phone. To me personally is too fragile for him for the type of work he dose.

The phone features are great but the size of the phone is just a bit to large to handle with one hand

The experience of upgrading smartphones at Best Buy is horrific. I spent 1.5 hours at the first store upgrading two iPhones. The next day I decided to exchange one iPhone for a different color at another store. That took 45 minutes. Then it turns out that the store didn't make adjustments to AppleCare so it had the wrong serial number. Back to the store again for another 45 minutes. It is now three days later and I haven't received the AppleCare confirming email. Guess what? Fixing that will take another trip to the store. By the way, when trying to register AppleCare on the Apple website, guess what? Apple doesn't recognize the AppleCare ID number that Best Buy provided. This the first and last time I deal with Best Buy regarding cell phones. Back to Apple or the carrier (AT&T) next time.

Not even two weeks old and already having problems with it

bought this phone only because it was Bluetooth compatible with Beltone hearing aids. It doesn't work properly and no salesperson takes the time to show me how to work it. Give me my Samsung back!

It keeps saying sim card needed and there is a sim card in the phone...not sure what the return policy is for this but it's driving me crazy because its a new phone and an Iphone 6 at that

Screen was cracked within an hour of me leaving the store and they wouldn't exchange the phone. I still don't understand how they can't replace a defective product. I didn't do anything to cause the screen to be damaged in anyway

My past three phones have been iPhones. I had a 4s, 5s, 6 Plus and now the 6s. The 6 Plus was a really great phone but it didn't feel faster than my 5s. To be honest it felt slower. I really wanted something in a smaller footprint and that had the processing power and ram to deliver top performance when future iOS versions are released. The only thing I'll miss is the full HD panel at 400 ppi of the 6 Plus now! Well, the iPhone 6s is the most complete smartphone out there. Top to bottom it has been worked over and it straight out SCREAMS! It is so lighting fast and that speedy 2GB of ram really comes in handy. All in all, so pleased with it. It's the best overall smartphone you can buy right now in my humble opinion. Thanks Apple!

I had the same problem with my last iphone. No one can understand my when talking on the phone. I was read this generation 6S had cured this problem.

I like the larger screen iPhone and am enjoying my upgrade from my iPhone 4. I'm not a fan of AT&T's Next program, where you are basically paying full price for the phone except over a long period of time. I miss the days of pay a $200 upgrade fee and moving on with a new phone. I'm glad I went the 64GB as now I have plenty of space for my music, movie and photos and never have to worry about deleting stuff to make room. Also, I'll probably be keeping the phone for quite awhile considering the hefty price tag.

when I purchase this Iphone you guys promise a $250 gift card 2 months later still waiting in that?

Liked previous I Phone and figured replacing with same phone would be a wise choice.

I couldn't wait to get my new iphone. So yes, I am a bit biased. I like the new slightly larger size. I did not get the larger one as I keep this in my pocket and even though it is larger, it still easily fits in my pocket.

The iPhone 6S lives up to previous expectations. Great new improvements and 3D touch is a cool new feature.
