Disappointing

However, it will NOT allow me to update the phone software to the current version. Apps on phone won't update anymore either. Certain apps won't download because I don't have the current software version. 2) The phone shuts down in cold weather even when fully charged. 3) I find myself frequently having to delete photos on my phone to make more memory space. I hardly have any photos/apps/music on my phone. 4) The health app that came with the phone is inaccurate. I use the app to track my steps walked for the day but changes it constantly changes the calculations. At night it will say a certain distance was walked that day and then the next morning the distance for the previous day will change to a lesser amount.
