This phone has a great display. But seems cheaply made. After one drop the screen cracked.

I like my new phone easy to use but because it's the plus, doesn't fit well in a pocket.

Got this phone for my son and he loves it. Said it was easer to use them a Samsung

The phone itself is fine… However my experience at Best Buy mobile was horrific. Not only did the sales person tell me that I would be saving from my $95 month sprint unlimited plan, he put me on a plan originally that had next to little data and voice and if I stayed on that plan it would've cost me, given my usage, $500 for the first month. Now, receiving my first bill I'm locked into a two-year contract for $175 a month because Best Buy's mobile sales reps had no idea what they're doing. It took the gentleman three hours to get me signed up for mobile service which is absolutely ridiculous. I paid for a 64 GB phone and I got a 16 GB phone I've just realized in the past couple of weeks however it's well past the two week return. And when I went to a Best Buy Miami store they said call the people in New York we can't help you. I am very angry I don't want this phone service and I can't seem to get help from anybody at Best Buy. as a customer that spends a fair amount of money with the store every year I'm very just satisfied and very disappointed.

This is a cell phone for someone who plays games, operates one handed, or has some visual impairment. Too me it is too large and too heavy and in hindsight I should have bought the SE model iPhone 5. I feel as if I'm walking around with a laptop attached to my belt. It doesn't fit into 90% of the places I usually put my 5. Bigger is not always better!

Wife loves the phone, switched from android to IOS was a little confusing, but didn't take too long to figure it out thanks to friends who have been using it for along time

the phone was a surprise mother's day gift and when my mom opened it .. she so shocked and started using it after set up and she is so happy to receive a great phone..

Good for person with vision or dexterity problems.

Got this for my mom, who still had a phone that requires you to slide the screen up so you could use the keyboard. She's adjusted well to the switch. No complaints.

I was totally limited to what I could load on my old I-Phone. It is so great to be able to add all the apps I want to my new phone.

Got this for my son's 15th birthday. Apple is always my choice for phones; got a good deal on the phone and couldn't be happier.

Bought this phone with intention of paying it off in lump some...AT&T said I shouldn't because I will pay entire amount instead of the sale 469.00... appears that you lease phones now instead of owning them forever... not my thing...wish Best Buy explained this more

certain things on this phone is all new to me....cannot get connected on a few things....but I also had problems with the iPhone 3

Even though the iPhone 7 is out, I preferred going with the 6s Plus because it is cheaper and presents a much better value.
