Disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1) I get daily reminders from the phone to update the software. However, it will NOT allow me to update the phone software to the current version. Apps on phone won't update anymore either. Certain apps won't download because I don't have the current software version. 2) The phone shuts down in cold weather even when fully charged. 3) I find myself frequently having to delete photos on my phone to make more memory space. I hardly have any photos/apps/music on my phone. 4) The health app that came with the phone is inaccurate. I use the app to track my steps walked for the day but changes it constantly changes the calculations. At night it will say a certain distance was walked that day and then the next morning the distance for the previous day will change to a lesser amount.
