Phone is great but Sprint

Since the phone is new I have to pay $25 additional a month that they charge a $30 activations fee... Don't use sprint... I got this phone for $50 Best Buy awesome memorial sale but I feel like sprint is make me pay $25 a month that's 300 for 2yrs do they can get the money back
