I have always been a fan of Apple and Macintosh. My wife and I needed new phones so we went to Best Buy. The sales assistant (Joelle) was the best I have ever dealt with. She was extremely knowledgeable, perfectly pleasant to talk to and extremely patient. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new iPhone 6 plus.

The phone is great, and my fear of it being too big was unfounded. I carry my iPhone in pants pocket, and it fits fine. Love iPhones, so what I expected was realized. My only disappointment came with Verizon Wireless upgrade charges. I was not informed by Best Buy that as we were upgrading to two new iPhones (by signing a new 2yr agreement) that VW was going to charge us $40 per phone. I found out when my first new bill came. THE GOOD THING was that VW agreed to drop the upgrade charge, because I was a long time customer. I don't know if it was Best Buy's responsibility to tell me this, but next time I will ask. To be fair, we came into the store 1 hour before closing, and the Best Buy sales associate really had trouble with VW's system and ended up having to do the switch via phone. The clerk stayed past closing to help us. He was extremely patient.

A little big for me. Something I'm getting adjusted too. Camera is amazing! But everything else is a lot like my iphone5

I love my IPhone 6s Plus. The features are very good, the speed great and the ability to access personal information is very good. Apple shines again by selling this product.

I got this phone for my son and he loves it. My 2 daughters like it so much, they want the same phone for Christmas. Guess what they are getting for XMas

I like this phone. The large screen allows me to read books and emails easily. My photo images are sharper. The weight took some getting use too.

I love this phone, I've never been a gadget person, but this phone does everything. I don't know how I ever functioned without it. The rose gold color is gorgeous. I've used Apple phones for a long time. This is clearly the best one by far.

Man can you say advance!!!! It's a computer in a phone I was gonna get a lab top but there's no need for one really really awesome !!!!!!!

Improved camera is worth the cost of admission. Telephone functions are OK.

My mom needed an upgrade and I chose this phone for the large screen. She had the iphone 4 and it was way too small for her. I am personally an Android user, but iPhone is much more user friendly. It was easy for her to pick up how use the functions and now she can see the pictures she gets/takes much easier. The syncing with her icloud was not as user friendly as I had hoped, but after 20 min we figured it out. 4 stars because the screen is very fragile, especially when this large. Spent a lot of extra $$$ buying protective gear for the phone..

Needed larger phone for bgusiness purposes and the 6S plus fills the bill. The additional features with the camera is fantastic

I am still learning , but was able to handle the phone for basic needs right away. It is responsive and also has a good camera!

I upgraded from 6Plus. The phone is a bit faster and the front facing camera is very nice. Very easy to set up and reliable.
