I really appreciated how easy Best Buy made it for me to order from them using my available Verizon upgrade. The price was more reasonable too and very convenient to just pick it up in the store. The phone is great and I'm happy with everything about it.

Met my expectations. Like the landscape screen with additional keys for typing text messages.

My son was so very happy to have his phone up and running again. He did not want a new phone as he was afraid that he would lose everything. However, your associates made this transaction so seamless. And he didn't lose anything!

Upgraded from a 5C to 6S Plus for the wife , to big for me but wife loves hers ......Phone has a few more bells and whistles from the 5 . Great price from Best Buy , ,Overall happy with phone and not paying 500 + to upgrade

Great for those suffering from poor vision but still fits in pocket!

My kid has had his phone for over 2 years and had damaged the screen and the Wifi antenna in the phone. Saw this phone at a very good price - he didn't need the latest phone and was upgrading the memory from 16 GB to 32 GB - a bonus.

Had an Iphone5 love the size of the 6 plus, still getting used to differences.

It's an iphone. Not much to say other than this one is a pretty large phone.

Having been so used to the android OS for so long, I was in a fear for a long and hard learning curve breaking into iOS, but no major hurdles I experienced. Good I bought a market proven 6s plus than a bug ridden 7s.

Great big phone, arrived on time and undamaged. Have been enjoying so far.

The phone itself is an excellent product. It was a pleasure to work with the sales associate, Anderson. He was patient and explained everything to me. He did not talk down to me at all. Please give him a raise.

I'm very happy with my I-phone plus. I am constantly finding more uses for it, and it gets decent reception despite the fact that I live in an area where Verizon states that it does not offer service at this time.

For me iOS operating system is the only thing I like using, choosing this phone was easy choice. With all the Apple products I've had I never had a problem (knock on wood). 6s plus has been great so far.

Good phone thin light weight might as well get the 7 plus tho

I bought it for my mother it seems pretty easy for her to use.

The sales people in both the Orange and North Haven stores were extremely helpful and the 6s gives me all the function I need without spending the added dollars just to have "the newest thing".

Upgraded from iPhone 4 finally. So much larger! Glad I got it
