Problems from the start with Zero Help

I brought it back within the 14 days and when I told them the night manager was extremely rude and told me he wasn't exchanging the phone. I will never recommend Best Buy again!

Great phone

However it is so big, it's like holding a tablet to your face-great for apps, surfing the web, etc, not so great while talking on the phone, doesn't fit in cup holders, wearing on arm during exercise, etc. That's why I'll be getting the IPhone 7 rather than the 7 Plus. My only other complaint is that these phones are not durable, so I recommend the toughest case out there if you're clumsy &/or a mom like me
