I purchased this phone as a present for my wife's birthday. The moment she found out she was getting it, she was excited. That excitement increased many fold when she actually had it in her hand! Going from an iPhone 5 16 GB to this model made a world of a difference for her. Thank you Best Buy and Apple!

Got this phone for my wife. She like it - works similar to her iPad and has a good display. We purchased this on sale rather than waiting for the i7. She wanted a large display, hence the plus model. One thing we noticed was that with the Otterbox case, it becomes large and will not fit in petite handbags.

You can't really got wrong with an iPhone. Made the perfect early xmas gift.

This phone is very user friendly and easier to use. Gives a lot of advantages to Apple users on multiple platforms.

I love the new no touch Siri option. Apple is my go to phone. Beautiful phone. But do not purchase new every year.

Love the phone. The managers at the Heritage location in Fort Worth made a very difficult situation so much better. They were understanding and truly wanted to remedy the situation. I was in awe at their professionalism, and willingness to listen.

I had an iPhone 5s before but needed a larger screen. Since Verizon has iPhone 6plia for the same price that Best Buy had iPhone 6s Plus for Ive decided it go with this one. Love the story photo option. iPhones are cool and easy to navigate.

I upgraded to this from the 4S--for my husband. Was little worried about the size...but he LOVES this phone.

One device for both phone and tablet. Good for work. I prefer smaller phones. But I also like carrying less.

I recently switched back to Apple from Android. I don't have time for fiddling around with my phone seemingly everyday trying to work out one bug after. I pick up my iPhone and it just works. Plain and simple. Oh..... It's crazy fast!
