The problem is that Apple software presents some problems that are best solved at an Apple store. Unfortunately that often requires a drive to the location, an appointment, a long wait , a fix by a tech who sometimes is unable to take the time for a full explaination

Love it, I have always been an Android lover, still am, but for various reasons have decided to go Apple! Very pleased so far!

Let's face it. If you have a IPhone, you will probably stick with that product due to the apps and the ease of use. My only gripe is that I do not hear people as well when talking to them. Also, I have had remarks that it is not clear on the receiving end as well

This phone was to replace and upgrade from an iphone 5s. It was also a gift and the teenage recipient is super happy with it.

I love the voicemail feature where u can see who called and just listen right away.

I bought my daughter her first phone. I already had one and she wanted the same one I had making it that much easier.

I got my new 6SPlus and it started having some issues where it would automatically restart, and the screen would flicker randomly. There was also other lag issues when turning on the phone. I think I may have gotte a refurbished phone. I went on vacation a few days after I got it, so by the time I got back it was too late to do anything about it. I still have the phone, and it still has the same issues.
