They just sell you the phone but offer no activation or support. They also set up the transfer date without letting you know. When I contact customer support , they were extremely rude and tried to pass the responsibility to the carrier.

A recent sale, combined with curiosity, prompted me to choose the iPhone as my my newest device. Watching others used their iPhones made me wonder how the other half lived. Pretty well, apparently. The iPhone does everything I want it too--and does it well. I originally had the 6s and decided to bump up to the Plus, a decision I'm happy to have made. The bigger screen is unwieldy but you get used to it. As for the specs, they're not really on par with what Android has to offer. However, what's under the hood is used very well, making for an excellent smartphone experience. Any differences, such as pixel density, are negligible. What isn't negligible, however, is how easy the iPhone 6S Plus is for everyday usage. I have never owned an Apple product, choosing PCs and Android devices for their "customization," better specs, and cheaper price. But everything here is so streamlined and simple that it makes me regret the endless hours spent perusing the dozens of menus it takes to create the Android experience. Everything from the camera app to the Settings are perfectly in tune with your average cell phone user. It doesn't make the experience dumbed down or boring--just practical and logical. I really love this phone. After six years with Android I can already tell you that six days with an Apple iPhone has swayed me. This is a beautiful and expertly crafted device that does everything I need and want, and then some, all without the fluff and frustration.

Granddaughter had phone about 2 weeks and dropped it with an Otterbox case on it and screen shattered. Had insurance but only good for two claims. Not a careless young lady so I hope this was a fluke incident.

I have trouble with it so much. It drops signal so much I'm just stuck for 2 years with it. But I love how clear everything looks . That's really about it.

Maybe I was the random lucky person who got the surprise glitch device. But It takes so long just to get a new phone, as long as I can get my phone calls, I'm ok.

I was unaware that the new iPhone was coming out a few short weeks later and the rep didn't bother telling me. Poor customer service but a great phone!

Girl in store recommended but it is too big. Best Buy said I had 30d to exchange but not charges apply! Wish I had gotten 6S not plus!

I was told I would get a $200 rebate with purchase but I didn't. I'll think long and hard before purchasing anything again.

It sells itself so no objections. Camera quality could be better but shutter speed it better than droid.

Don't wait!! Seriously I had the 6s and decided after reading and seeing reviews for the 6s Plus decided to make the switch. The battery life on this phone is well worth the upgrade. Coming originally from the 6, the iPhone 6s Plus is not only easy to use but it has a great feel to it and the features... The features are just as amazing. And the staff at Best Buy made the experience that much more enjoyable. They even went to another store and brought it to me... Because they didn't have the color I wanted in the gigs I wanted in stock. Size does matter and this phone does way more than size up to the competition. Seriously watch reviews and then go in there and get it! You won't be sorry.

I'm getting some delays and hiccups with the texting feature. Some locking up too. The camera is great.
