It's a nice phone but for the price I think everything should be working. I have no sound when it comes to alerts of any kind. I contacted Apple support. They needed my serial number. I typed it in and they said product had been replaced. I bought this phone at Best Buy. Did they sell me a used phone?

I did not realize exactly how big this phone was when I decided to get it. After using it for a few days I found it to be very awkward. It was difficult to use the keyboard because I couldn't hold it normally and I kept dropping it. I returned it and got the iPhone 6s which I like much better.

I went into Best Buy to buy two phones for my business to expand to handle customers better and spent almost $1000 on two iphone 6s plus 64gb and the sales girl forgot to add my insurance like I asked for and my phones, contracts, and other purchases got stolen before I got home. It sounds crazy but it happened that way and because she didn't mark down insurance I asked for now I can't and haven't had these phones and my business has suffered and they won't even discuss my replacements or any kind of customer satisfaction at all. The customer is always right !!!! Review some store cameras and give me replacements for free when u see I asked for insurance just like everything else I own is insured!!!

Got this phone as a replacement from a previous refurbished purchase. Worked fine for 3 months then it died. Constant boot loop and it would not get out of it. Took it to apple, software issue. Thankfully they replaced it with a brand new one!.

    Finally switched from Android...no regrets

It's been 3 weeks now, and wanted to give it 4, but thought it might be helpful to others if I shared thoughts now. This is my first venture into IOS and Apple after over 6 years of using Android phones. My last unit, Galaxy S6, kept having issues totally losing data signal, which is what prompted me to begin looking seriously at Apple. That, and the horrendous mess that is the operating system upgrade process with Google and Android; I'd had my s6 well before the newest 'Marshmallow' operating system arrived last September; and as of upgrading 3 weeks ago, still hadn't received the update. That problem will always plague Google and Android because every carrier and every vendor gets to 'tweak' the OS; not so with Apple. Just in the 3 weeks I've had this phone, Apple has already had 2 system updates, issued to anyone with an eligible device. Fixing issues, etc. Timely. Smart. No need to wait for vendor A to 'test' it and add their bloatware to it. That all being said; I'm totally pleased with this Iphone so far. The battery life, for one, is simply astounding. Granted, everyone will use their phone differently, so battery life naturally varies. But, using the same apps I had before on Android, the simple standby battery use is so minimal it's not even funny. Point in case; at work, I carry my phone in my pocket, usually immediately switch to wifi for data since the building I'm in has a hard time finding any carriers data signal. Prior, I would lose anywhere from 8-10 percent battery just having the phone in my pocket, not doing anything with it, in a 2 hour span. My first 3 weeks with the Iphone: I had to make sure the thing was on, as the battery life stayed at or near 100% during a similar 2 hour period the first 5 days at work; again, I tried to replicate how I would use the old phone (Galaxy s6) vs the new Iphone 6splus. When I'd check where the 10% went on the Android, it would show heavy 'Android system' use, even though I'd not done anything on the phone. Again, this is a testament to how Apple has been able to control their software with their hardware, so very efficiently. I mentioned running and loading similar applications. I did this on purpose to be fair to each system, and to also see how each responded in the IOS environment. Not surprisingly, the apps ran just as smooth, if not smoother and faster, in their iOS applications. I was and am especially happy with how smooth the Chrome Browser runs in iOS; I haven't ever been a huge fan of Safari (I do own an Ipad and MacBook Pro), so this was a pleasant discovery. In general terms, the phone runs apps crazy fast and without any lag; something I noted grew over time in Android. Are there things I miss about the old phone? Of course. The initial volume setup on the Iphone is much quieter than most Android phones; ie, tones, ringers, etc. That's a simple adjustment, I've learned how high to keep the volume without being obnoxious, etc. Customization is a huge selling point on Android; you can pretty much set up your screen however you wish; that said, when I looked at how I used that on my old phone vs what I've been able to do with the new, I'm not missing much at all. I can make folders for all the 'games', utilities, apps I don't use much, etc, and put them on page 2 of the phone, just like I did Android; you can still choose your own wallpaper, etc... so, that 'point' became less and less a factor. The only other thing I think I will eventually miss, will be transferring files/pics/music with the ease of a usb drive or cable; however, I'm finding that I'm not needed to do much of that after uploading my files/pics/music to Icloud and then easily accessing them via that app. I could probably write more, but in a nutshell, it comes down to this: I wish I would not have waited so long to switch. I did a lot of research and review reading prior to pulling the trigger; but the actual hands on experience will speak volumes for you. It did me. And if you are on any major carrier, you likely have the 14 day return policy if you don't like it. I didn't have to use that. The Apple ecosystem of tying in products seamlessly, is also a huge plus for me. As I mentioned, I own a macbook pro and Ipad, and have already enjoyed being able to take calls on the computer while the phone was in another room, etc. It's rather stunning in its simplicity. If you are like me and are on the fence between switching to iOS, do yourself a favor and at least try it. Chances are you will see what I found out. If not, you can always return back. One last thing, this isn't meant to be a negative review towards Android; it has many pluses going for it and 3 other phones on the family continue to use it. I just grew tired of the lack of consistency for their system and wanted to move on. I'm glad I did.

The iPhone 6 Plus is just too large for a guy. It doesn't fit in you pocket and is an inconvenience to have on your person. The technology is great (as is it an iPhone) but the size is a huge down factor.

Just upgraded about 3 weeks ago from a sgs5 and I love it! Great phone thats fast and simple to use. Love the size and how simple touchid is to use. It unlocks the phone quickly! No hassle of swiping or holding it. Picture quality is great! Honestly the only downside is not being able to talk on the phone and use data at the same time! but that's ok! :) I'm usually connected to wifi!

    iPhone 6s Plus Device

After converting from an Android to an Apple mobile device, I am pleased with my purchase. I chose the rose gold iPhone 6s Plus, which I really like. I do all kinds of things with my device: take great live photos; record videos; online streaming to watch TV and movies; use the automated voicemail which allows me to listen to messages at the push of the play button instead of having to access voicemail and enter password; listen to music easy with iTunes downloads and sync; it has loads of apps to download; thumb touch unlock feature; and much more. In comparison, it would be nice if Apple offered the autoreply text while driving and the swipe key features. Because those aren't included features, I gave a 4-star instead of five. I was spoiled with those features. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

This is the best iPhone yet. I upgraded from the 6 Plus. The 6 Plus and 6S Plus are very similar. The 6S Plus has a noticeably better camera. This is certainly worth the upgrade from all other iPhone versions, no complaints.
