It’s not the best phone because of how old it is , but it still gets the job done

Great phone got for kid but unable to use due to incorrect service provider

I use it as back up. It sucks up internet. It’s got a nice camera.

I checked the entire product description to see if it was carrier locked and did not see one. I have seen it on Best Buy website for certain phones, but not for this phone. I now have a worthless phone, I need to contact Total to see if I can pay to have the phone unlocked. If you are buying this to use for Total or one of that companies brands it is a great phone. If you want to use it else where save yourself the frustration. I wasted money, I'll see if I can donate it to a shelter or someplace and at least feel better about wasting my money.

My mother purchased this phone for my nephew. Unfortunately, she did not realize she would need to get a phone plan too. Not worth the hidden cost either.

The phone never worked. This is the second phone I purchased in the last few months the first for me and it worked fine. I gave this phone to my granddaughter for Christmas and it won’t work she tried to return it yesterday and they said it was too late. I have purchased a phone that doesn’t work but I have no recourse ? It might just be some small repair could you at least repair it or check to see why it won’t work

Great price but glass broke without dropping it and had glass protector on it but that didn’t have a crack on it

Sadly i wasn't not able to activate this phone so i returned.

Poor explanation of purchase. Phones that are sold "unlocked" should not require a particular service contract. (Total Wireless, ATT etc.) One should be able to convert their current service provider to the new phone. I RETURNED 2 phones because of this.

Got this as a gift, can not get service because it’s locked to trac phone, very careless of your company to sell something without checking it first or telling the customer it’s a locked phone.. will never buy here again!! Thanks a lot.

After a week the phone completely shut down and I paid 200$ for it

I have not got this phone i got the laptop and the calling card but no tv or speaker

The motherboard crashed after only 1 week. Traded it in for a Samsung. Much better.
