Worst new iPhone

This iPhone was the worse one as far as bugs crashes and overall glitchyness. Most were easily fixed but the inconvenience was unfathomable. Not a huge jump in speed or functionality if you have iPhone 6 or later

I wish that I have stuck to my Iphone 6. I am unable to transfer my music to the new phone, and all my pics were lost.

Buying a phone from Best Buy is not a good idea

Filled out the info from Sprint and they say the 5c is not part of the trade in offer. Now BestBuy says they were wrong about the trade in deal from Sprint and I can no longer have the phones at that deal. They have offered less than 1/2 the original deal. Not going to settle for that. This was not my mistake. Bestbuy should step up and own their mistake. On going, stay tuned

Bad service on this device

On the new iPhone 7, my phone constantly freezes up on me and has connectivity issues. Very disappointed.
