This phone is not a true "unlocked" phone. It locks to the carrier who's sim you stick in there first. You will be at the mercy of that carriers unlock policy as it will lock out SIM usage to any other carrier (even international) unless they due an unlock after activation.

I got this phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy S5 but prior to that, I had iPhones for a long time. This phone works so well! I've had the phone for months and the battery life is still incredible. I rarely have to worry about my phone dying during the day (unless I spend all day using apps). It's durable and a great size. It has been difficult getting used to the lack of a headphone jack mostly because this set of headphones is not compatible with other devices. It was frustrating wanting to use my headphones on my macbook but being unable to and the converter does not help in this case so I have to carry a second set around just for my computer. Other than that, it's a great buy!

Bought 2 iphone 7, best buy rep "help" switched from verizon to sprint. They will tell you everything can be done "easily" to get you buy things. I wanted to buy Iphone 7plus and they offer $250 gift, but they gave me iphone 7 with $150 gift card.

this phone had been activated before it was sold to me. Went through a terrible experience, Technically, it wasn't the iphone it was the sales persons screw up. Never was able to use the iphone 7+

The phone is really awesome. Great cameras and great speed. It is much faster than my old Xiaomi android device. The sprint network is also fast in pittsburgh area. i definitely love it

Screen is still small by comparison to any Samsung cell. Bought this trusting the higher quality apple advertises but phone didn't charge at all.

My wife dropped the phone from about a foot off the couch and the screen cracked. I have the galaxy 8 plus, it's far superior in every way.

I had the iPhone 6s and chose to get the 7 on release day. It's horrible gets no reception anywhere. I hate it.

I actually paid about $50 less for this phone from Best Buy than I did for an unlocked iPhone 5 128gb in Dec 2012 at the Apple Store (both with Apple Care). I had At&t unlock the phone the same week, so it is the same for purposes of travel or porting to another GSM enabled network. That said, I've missed a lot of functionality from touch ID in the 5s, the better screens of the 6 and 6s, haptic feedback, upgraded cameras, Apple Pay, etc. That said, my old phone did the job and is still kicking, but increasingly slow for day-to-day tasks and with less battery life (possibly due to working harder). This phone lasts longer and does everything better than my last phone. I'm not some weirdo who plugs in my headphones to my phone - about half of my headphones have been incompatible with the default cases I've used on my phones by virtue of the size of the cable connector - making wireless use in the car, while working out, at work, etc, a necessity of the past to which I've adapted. The fact that this phone was able to abandon it and become splash-proof in the process is awesome. Good phone, no regrets.

Overall, it's the same phone on the outside for better or worse; it's on the inside is what counts. The processor and performance is very fast, the screen is very bright, the main camera's photos are actually pretty good now. What I don't care for: 3D Touch, the outdated design (nowadays), the average selfie camera, the uninteresting OS that hasn't brought anything new really, the mediocre battery, and lack of headphone jack. It is also not as light or thin as the iPhone 6.

It is very easy to use , it fits in my pocket , I will buy other iPhones!

I purchased this phone for a friend and she never had a problem with this iPhone she loved the screen battery camera all the other options she needed the phone for it worked great for her for what she needed it for without any problems

I can't write anything that you don't know about the iPhone 7. It's a nice upgrade coming from a 5s or 6, not so much from the 6s, especially the lack of headphone jack, you will find yourself in that situation, you'll see. The new home button is really nice, I always disliked the physical button that broke over time. now, the reason why i'm giving this a 3 star rating is because the phone is advertised as UNIVERSAL, but only if you count the UNIVERSE as the UNITED STATES. This phone WON'T work overseas, only with carriers inside the US. If you're an international traveler just buy your phone at the Apple Store. I had to return my Best Buy Phone (and pay the 35 re-stocking fee) and get one at the Apple Store. I think as long as you pay full price for it at the Apple Store, it will be fully unlocked worldwide. At least I got the Verizon version and it was fully unlocked for Japan.

All around much faster and the new larger aperture camera with optical image stabilization really shines even on the 7 model. The matte black model is gorgeous in person

I bought this phone as an upgrade for a family member after I purchased my own 7 and it is much faster and the rose gold color is beautiful.

I had an iPhone 6 and was having issues with the speed and storage (it was a 32GB). I don't store a lot of pictures or videos but my space was still filling up and it was causing the phone to operate very slowly. I bought the iPhone 7 128GB and have more space than I'll probably ever need, but it has also given me a phone that is light years faster. My girlfriend has the 6S and this is still noticeably faster in almost every function.

Although the externals haven't changed much since the 6, the new and improved internals have made it a very snappy phone. However being a longtime iphone owner, the new and improved home button is something to get used too. Overall, best improvement yet.
