Good everything
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything on the device is fine, but when you pay off your contract, it's just a brick that's still usable for sprinting and not for at & t or t-mobile, despite unlocking the device. Those who are prepared to buy equipment from the sprint should think again (because you do not sell or give anyone). Too bad the network too exclusive !

Poor sound quality during phone calls, beware!!

Like it is coming from behind the phone or something". Spoke to AppleCare and of course they said it's the 1st time they have heard of this, deny, deny, deny! I call BS because its all over the internet. I love just about everything about the phone except when people are constantly saying I sound muffled and they can't understand what I'm saying. This is so frustrating and because I use the phone for work and there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it. So because of Apple's strict 14 day return policy I'm basically stuck with it.

TERRIBLE

TWO. WEEKS. IT BROKE AGAIN. I've been an Apple user since 2009. Early 2009 and almost every one I've had a problem with.
