This iPhone has incredible sound. The headphone jack being removed is hard to get used to if you still use aux cords. The space the headphone jack took up was replaced with a bigger battery and another speaker. This makes it louder than several iPads. Amazing company creating trends.

I had to buy an iPhone 7 because my 6 died on a business trip and I could not repair it. So far - the camera is noticeably better and that will pay off I am sure. The speakers are excellent and the phone call quality has been very good. However, I like plugging my phone into a portable speakers and needing the lightning adapter is really annoying. So I will end up slowly replacing some of my old electronics with bluetooth stuff... I suppose this is the Apple way? I think I would have been just fine with a battery replacement for my iPhone 6... if only...

I dropped my phone in H2O and needed a replacement as I was unable to revive it. My husband and I were due for upgrades on our old plan but were delaying upgrading since our phones worked fine...until now. We decided to go to Best Buy to look at all the available plans to compare the best deal. Joyce, our associate at the Colerain, Ohio store was very knowledgeable and was able to show us a side by side comparison for all the plans based on our needs. We originally leaned to Sprint since they were offering buy one iPhone get the second one for free to new customers, however, that was for a 32 GB and we wanted the 128 GB. We switched from AT&T to Sprint since their plan offered unlimited call, text and data for up to 5 lines to new customers. The cost of the equipment was comparable but the new plan was slightly lower given the fact our old plan had limited data (3 GB). The associate, Joyce at the Colerain, Ohio store called the Sprint rep with some questions and she was able to get in touch with her right away with a prompt response. The Sprint rep also called me several days after our purchase to ask if I had any questions. So far, so good with the new phone. We also purchased Apple Care through Best Buy

The iPhone 7's biggest plus is the upgrades to the camera. The less pleasant factor is the new adaptor required to use the headphones. Simplicity is best.

Aside from the camera being a little better, I honestly don't think it's any different or 'better' than the 6. First day I got my iPhone 7 the phone kept freezing and camera wouldn't work. Took it back to Best Buy and they immediately exchanged it for another new iPhone. I've had this second one for almost 2 months now and it's already starting to freeze on me and home button will suddenly stop working. Is it just me or is apple getting worse as the years go on?
