Love Apple and Best Buy for making easier and affordable to purchase. It was easy to buy online and safe. Went in to store to pick up and staff was great in helping. Will be there at your store when the new iPhone gets here. I only wish you had the apple accesories to with it. Thanks BB.

This phone continues to serve me well. Good quality, easy to use, and has good camera, sound quality, etc. Battery charge does not last as long as I might desire, but typically good all day and have learned to keep a portable charging device close by as well.

Super disappointed in my iPhone 7. Have purchased iPhones since 2008 and have never had speaker problems like this. My iPhone 5s that I gave to my mom still sounds beautiful when making calls..the 7 makes it sound like the person is miles away if you can hear them at all..even with volume all the way up. I later read that this has been an issue with the 7. I do like the new features though. I exchanged the 7 for a new one..Best Buy gets 5 stars for their customer service.

This has been the best cell phone I’ve every purchased it has made a tremendous difference in my home direct sales business. It has allowed me to use the apps that my direct sales company offers that I could not utilize on the android I was using prior to purchasing iPhone.

The phone is good in performance, not being the biggest phone, but also comes in a nice color.

Several color selections. Love the easy access screen. Several more selections than previous versions. Use the night shift screen quite often. Home button isn't a real button but works well. Live camera access very easy. Fingerprint unlock works well with choice of several fingers.

Still getting used to some features that have changed or are missing from Version 6 but it is basically the same. I wish the 7 had the portrait mode. I did not want the size of the plus just to get that feature. And i don't like that I can't answer my texts from lock screen anymore

Just upgraded from an iPhone 6 to this 7. No complaints whatsoever. Haven't noticed a big difference in the battery however but apparently in time I will see one the more I use the phone. Glad I got the 128gb one was hoping for the 256gb one but Best Buy was out of stock unfortunately.

I went from the iPhone 6Plus to the iPhone 7 and I love the smaller size! It fits in my clutch and pockets!

Good phone and better than the 6. I just wished that the 7 had the "depth" camera feature like the 7 plus does.

Bought this phone for my daughter and she is very happy with it so far. It did get stuck on shut down right after she received it, but after it was "hard reset", it worked fine. She loves the rose gold color, and was thrilled to find out that it came with headphones that work on the 7.

So I placed an order for iPhone 7 for pickup and after 15 minutes I got email that I can pick the phone up. It took almost 3 minutes at the store and I was good to go. The iPhone came universal unlocked even though online it was showing as unactive. I had a really positive experience.

I really love how apple step up their game when this phone..it flawless the only thing that can make this even better then any other phone is if it only had an expansion slot for more memory because those 4k videos do take up a lot of memory other then that its a great phone

Love the phone, love the service I got at Best Buy! From beginning to end, it was a very pleasant experience. I was joking around while the guy was writing up the order. He explained everything in plain English and he even laughed at my jokes. What more could you ask for?

I didn't want to upgrade but since this color came out and it's for a great cause why not. So far so good.

I've had most versions of the iPhone since it came out. The iPhone 7 is really just the evolution of what is now the standard for cell phones in America. Each version seems to get marginally better, but don't expect this one to be a game changer from the last version.

The phone is good in performance wise, the phone is also pretty durable when dropped.

Considered getting the 32G first glad I decided on the 128g more than enough memory. Great preloaded apps
