I've had many iPhones, this one is great like the others. Best Buy is very friendly and great to purchase new phones with, and much shorter wait times compared to going to a Verizon store.

Ungraded to an iPhone 7 from an iPhone 6 due to changing providers. It's mostly like my previous phone with some additional features but I haven't had too many issues with my iPhones though!

My son's new iPhone 7 is great. The person who helps me was awesome. Sprint was awful and ridiculous and it took me 4 hours to add a new phone which should've been 15 minutes.

Yes it is expensive ($750), but really good. I waffled a lot before spending the money - I paid full price, without a contract. Worth the money? Who knows in the long run, but I like it!!

Best Buy strikes again. I upgraded to iPhone 7 plus and received $250 gift card. Totally wasn't expecting that type of deal but this is typical for them. The only place I purchase my phones

It is difficultly to have a small phone with powerful features. Note7 was perfect for me but they recalled it. iPhone 7plus is huge, so 7 is my last choice. However, it doesn't let me down!

This is my first apple phone. I have always gone with androids in the past, and this phone is TOTALLY different than any android I have ever had, which took some time to get use to. I was told by so many people that apple phones were easier to use, but I disagree. Overall, the phone is nice and you can do much more with it.

This is a great update from an iPhone 6, if you have a iPhone 6s then I would hold off until something a little newer as you won't be getting enough new features to make it worth the money.

I've used Android for the last 3-4 years and definitely glad to make the switch back to Apple. My only complaint so far is they don't supply the wireless headphones when buying a new phone.

Although I wish we didn’t have to always use an Otterbox due to how delicate these phones are, the functionality of iPhones are just terrific. This phone is no exception.

Was sold right off the bat when the salesperson said it had a battery that was better and the charge lasted longer. It is easy to use and was a good choice. Awesome customer service.
