Not a fan of home button but works just as well as my last one.

I am very disappointed on how easily the back side of the Jet Black iPhone 7 scratches; the scratches are very visible on the black back side of the iPhone 7. The scratches take away from the aesthetics of this slick looking phone. I owned the iPhone 4, 5, 6 and never had a problem with visible scratches on the back side of any of these iPhones.

Although I had loved my iPhone 6S, when it died and could not be revived, I went to a Best Buy store near where my daughter lives in Pennsylvania, and purchased the new iPhone 7. I am so pleased with it!

I like the larger screen and accessibility for quick reference.

The best I phone yet. Camera and speakers are out of this world.

The iPhone 7 is a fantastic device. 128G is the perfect size.

Nothing to do with Best Buy, but I'm not a fan of how you have to pay for new phones and in this case I needed one and couldn't pay the crazy amount upfront. Either way customer experience in store was good.

I had a terrible in store experience. My iPhone 7 turned off on its own and will not come on since 12/13. Long story short I waited 2 1/2 hours today (12/15/16 9:00 am) for the sales associate Corey to tell me not only that I couldn't return my phone I got 2 weeks ago with zero damage but that I couldn't get it repaired either. He says it is because my home button on my iPhone 7 was "jammed" so it couldn't do a soft reset. I tried to explain to him that with the phone being completely dead the button would not press. The new iPhone 7 does not have the same home button as the older iPhones because it now has a Taptic Engine which gives you the feel of pressing the button but it is not an actual button. Also to force the iPhone 7 to turn on you press the sleep/wake button and the down volume button which I tried to tell him but he insisted you had to press the home and sleep/wake button like past iPhones. My time was wasted and I left upset. Apple is now fixing the problem

No problems. Easy to use. Very hard to get different ringtones.

When deciding whether to go with the 7 or the 7plus, I decided to go with the 7 because of the size. I thought the 7plus was more like a tablet. I love the features on the 7 and the camera is amazing.

My husband can be hard on his phone, as he carries it all the time at work, but this phone has stood the test of time. He doesn't care about upgrading every year or two.

Great phone with some charging issues while inside Otterbox

picture quality on my old iPhone was very poor. I'm a reporter/photographer. quality on my iPhone 7 is terrific. Also I can hear much better and some things didn't work on the old phone work on the new one.

It was an gift for my Fiancé. She an apple user and enjoy this device. The only down fall its the camera when she takes pictures. She uses my phones Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to take pictures when we are out.

I love iPhone naturally but I saw this red and immediately loved it. The color is fire. Best Buy made it easy to buy and helped me set it up as always.

Love my phone, I was an android person all the way. Got the iPhone when my renewal was available and Samsung was having major issues with batteries. Never thought I'd buy an iPhone but I can say it's great!

Awesome phone. Was a Midsummer gift for my daughter and she couldn't been happier with it. Using it almost exclusively for movies YouTube and all the other apps of the kids are playing with now days.

iPhone 7 is best iPhone ever. Benefit of buying in BestBuy is you get 5% cashback in points if you have BestBuy card. No where else you get any discount on iPhone. Now they are selling unlocked iPhones too.

This phone is working GOOD. I like to take a pictures with it.
