    iPhone is fantastic, but the support and assistance we received from Jon at our local Best Buy was phenomenal. He personally took responsibility to work with our carrier while we were in store to get our phones swapped. He also price matched to the carrier's online price with absolutely no hassle. Best Buy and Jon saved us both time and money. Very positive experience.

    Finally switched from Samsung to iPhone. Love it! I love the fact that I can use my thumb to unlock the phone and sign in to certain apps and websites.
