The improvements are good ones without creating the need to learn how to use it. The 128 gb model solves the memory space issues. Plenty of room for photos and apps. Still need a case for phone and protective sheet on glass to reduce risk of damage. And the folks at Best Buy make it easy to go from box to operational.

I am getting to know the phone, still like android products,but this happened to have a better deal. I was disappointed about my photos not transferring over but I'm good now. This phone seems to be serving the purpose for what I use it for thus far. Pictures are great and the new texting perks are a fun feature.

The iPhone-4 was a refurbished unit bought when the iPhone-5 came out. It was an inexpensive introduction to smart-phones, and lasted 4 1/2 years for me. I'm hoping this phone will last about as long - but the battery life is clearly inferior, and the phone is just a little too big for proper single-handed operation. On the other hand, the larger (and more pixel-dense) screen is a blessing for my aging eyes. Having a phone that's PROPERLY supported with software updates means spending a lot of money up-front - and Google's Nexus/Pixel line of phones is the only one that satisfies that. And is definitely the B-team as far as aesthetics and ergonomics.

This is my first IPhone and I love it. I wish I would have switched sooner. I bought this phone because I lost trust in HTC and for the added quality and features that the IPhone offer.

Replaced an iphone 5 with the 7. Easy transition. The Best Buy team helped me get my phone running with Virgin Mobile. I need a new sim card. The team had be up and running in 10 mins

The only downfall of this phone is that it no longer has a headphone jack, meaning you must get bluetooth headphones or use the charging port connector. You wouldnt be able to charge your phone and use headphones unless you have bluetooth headphones. Some people may prefer this however. Still a great phone!

I absolutely love this phone! Just the speaker alone would have been reason enough to upgrade. Much louder and clearer then my previous iPhone. The camera is also impressive.

I love my phone it works great. I bought it with a glass screen protector and case and have had no issues.

love my new iPhone 7. had the 6 before this and when the 7 came out my 6 was giving me issues. so upgraded to the 7 and it was a wise choice the camera on there is like a dslr

The iPhone 7 is the best yet as far as features. I am still finding out some new features. It's gonna be hard for apple to make a better iPhone then this as far a features go.

This phone has some definite upgrade from the 6 I was using. However, biggest gripe about this phone is that the home button isn't really a button. I found it very hard to get used to it and would find myself applying to much pressure or not enough pressure and then getting reprimanded by the phone.

The 7 has several new features that the 6 did not have. Looking forward to discovering all it can do.

I love the new iPhone even though people don't like that it doesn't have a head check I have no issue with it I upgraded for my 6+ which was starting to act up love it so far

The phone is excellent, has good camera, many apps available in app store. The carrier service is another thing...SPRINT, ugh...might be switching back to Verizon.

Easy to use this phone. Loved all the features I didn't have with my previous phone. The transition was super simple. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful.

Bought the phone for my wife to replace her Iphone 6, she could notice the speed difference in her Apps and it was a nice addition to move her to wireless headphones!

I love iPhone and apple products so naturally I upgraded to a newer one. The camera is awesome! The only thing I don't like is there is no longer a auxiliary port!

Has some cool new features idk I think a lot of the phones are typical now I only have Iphone for FaceTime with family but it's alright and camera pics are awesome

I've had the phone for 30 days now and it has not disappointed. It's much faster then the iPhone 6s and the reliability is what you expect from an apple product.

Love the extra storage space with 128gb. The rose gold is stunning! Wish this could have the same camera capabilities as the plus, but other than that no complaints!
