Great phone after we switched it to 3G from 4g. I could hear just fine but phone was receiving at 3G and sending out on 4g so I was garbled and no one could understand what I was saying. So, had to put it to only 3 g have no problems now. Sending and receiving is crystal clear now.

What a great phone. I can't speak highly enough of Apple's commitment to quality. My only beef is that I wish you could get a smaller iPhone with dual camera's.

Great in all aspects. Kept the same great features as in the previous model, but added among other minor changes, the water resistant feature, which is awesome!

I love my new iphone 7!! I love that it has more speakers for music. Much louder then my old phone. If I realize there is anything I don't like I will edit this.

I purchased the iPhone 7s after having an iPhone 5s. This phone's screen is bigger, clearer and the camera is exceptional. I'm very happy with this purchase.

For now....When the next iPhone drops of course, it'll be surpassed, but there is no better phone for you to own today than this one. Apple always wins.

Not a lot to say. It's the iPhone 7 and it's last years model but, works just fine. This was a gift for my son's 18th b-day and he was quite happy.

Bought this to replace my old iPhone 4s. Everything is upgraded and much better than my old one except the quality of sound is not as good when playing music.

I really had what I needed...an iPhone 6. I didn't need the 7 at all. In fact, I think the 5S was a great phone. That said, I have come to like the 7. the new software and the 3D touch make it easier navigating and quicker to do certain tasks. So would I buy it again. Yes.

I just recently upgraded to the iPhone 7. This is huge because I've always had an android. Absolutely love the iPhone and am extremely happy with the choice.

I've been an iPhone loyalist for years. The 7 is a workhorse and offers great improvements. I especially like the touch sensitivity for different functions.

I've enjoyed the simplicity of the iPhone as I switched from a Droid to have access to work email and keep up with my teenager who has an iPhone..haha.

I've been waiting and waiting to get a new phone -- far too long! I got a new iPhone 7 at Best Buy about two weeks ago, and I regret waiting so long!

I was upgrading from the 5s so this was a much needed upgrade. I am pleased with the new features and will not mind having this phone for the next 2 years.

I had a lot of issues getting iCloud to transfer everything over from my old phone. The Associate at the store set it up incorrectly to begin with and when I told her it didn't transfer from iCloud she told me she couldn't help me with it at the store because it was opening weekend for the phone and it would take too long if something didn't connect right. I basically only had my contacts and a few photos that transferred with iCloud. I had to reinstall all of my apps. It took me 5 hours of trying to restore from iCloud before it would even turn back on properly so I could start from scratch. I was disappointed in the new iPhone and even more disappointed that the sales associates at the store seemed to care less about the issues I was having.

I'm enjoying the expanded capabilities of the iPhone 7 and the helpful folks at Best Buy set it up for me. I highly recommend the product and the service.

It was a very simple conversion from my IPhone 6 to the 7. All of my apps transferred easily. The 7 has a better camera and the battery lasts longer
