Kind of difficult with some of the updates. Would rather have the plus

This is my third iPhone and I'm not satisfied with the phone at all. It constantly freezes and am unable to put it to sleep or power it off. It happens in multiple apps as well as the phone dialer. I have iPads and like the syncing, but I will be looking at other types of phones for my next upgrade.

Wanted as a gift but I personally prefer android, better app collection

This phone is ok .. I found similar functionalities between 7 and 6s.

The person helping us made it feel like we were bothering her.

Nothing to great from this compared to the last 3 phones.

Then it bent in my pocket, in my LifeProof. After 3 weeks.

New features are not what I expected people can not hear me

Can't seem to tell the difference between the two.

This phone a lot of times when calling out can't be heard on the other line by the other person. I have to hang up and redial again or completely shut the phone off and turn back on for it to work. Been unhappy with this phone since I got it.

Got iPhone 7 "universal " from Best Buy didn't work with any carrier. Mike the supervisor at 76th location refused to exchange because pass 15 return policy which didn't make sense since I didn't want a return just exchange for a good product// I pay a highly amount for something that works!! Finally after a week of running to several stores apple, spring, T-Mobile, boostmobile and other I went to Best Buy and store manager understood the situation and make the exchange and guess what phone start working right away as it should the first time. Lost lots of working time because I had to go to this stores everyday and cut my working days to half. It was a nightmare!!!

I don't like the way the menu comes up if you push too hard. I don't like that I had to take my screen protector off just to use my phone. The new touch sensor they put in sucks! I would stick with the iPhone 6 if you like it.

I just bought this as an upgrade from my iPhone 6 and i don't regret it. The new jet black is beautiful, the design is the same, which is completely fine because the design always looked good, and the camera is amazing, plus the iPhone is now finally water resistant and has stereo speakers. While the headphone jack is gone, i'm sure this is something we'll all get use to and was bound to happen eventually.

The space black looks really clean. Also, knowing the home button won't break due to wear is nice. But... Not all that much faster than the 6s. Plus removing the headphone jack is a stupid move by Apple.

Dropped phone screen protector cracked and actual phone cracked underneath screen protector. Will never buy this product or advise anyone else to
