Attendees were very incorrect and inefficient. We ask that you assure us that we could use the phones in our country, and said they would. We have now spent nearly $ s 1700 for nothing because Apple says that Best Buy does not sell phones to be used outside the US. We hope we reintegrating the amount paid or give us answer to the problem. But I think I never buy anything at Best Buy.

    For anyone wanting an upgrade

The IPhone 7 is made for anyone looking for an upgrade from the IPhone 6. The new IPhone 7 has a longer battery life, more gigabytes, and a brighter screen than the IPhone 6. The battery in the IPhone 7 helps the phone charge from zero percent to one hundred percent at a decent speed. The battery charges the phone to one hundred in half an hour or sooner. The new apple phone has more gigabytes which allows users to store more onto their phone. With more gigabytes people will be able to take more photos and keep them saved to their phone, they will be able to download more music and videos, and their phone would still run at a quick pace. Although the IPhone 7’s screen is not bigger than the IPhone 6’s it makes up for it in how bright the screen can be. The IPhone 7’s screen is around twenty-five percent brighter. This can benefit people who generally stay outside or anywhere that they lighting is intense, they will still be able to see their screen. The only thing I would say is not very appealing about the IPhone 7 is the lack of the headphone jack. There is a cord that you plug into the charger that connects to your headphones but it can be a bit of a hassle. When you are out in public or just on a walk and you are listening to music, you do not want to have to put up with a lot of cords, they can get in your way or be super messy. Another option for using headphones with the new IPhone is buying Bluetooth headphones separately from the phone. These headphones can cost up to hundreds of dollars on top of the hundreds of dollars that the IPhone 7 costs in general. Overall, I would rate the IPhone 7 a three out of five stars. I would recommend the phone to those interested in a phone with a slightly longer battery life, more storage, and more visible screen.

Do Not Buy This Unless You Never Change Carriers

I bought this phone thinking that I could take the SIM card out and use in on any carrier. This phone is "unactivated," not unlocked. The first sim you put in it locks it to that carrier. The carriers won't unlock it, because it is not one of their phones. You can't buy a third party unlock, because the IMEI is not linked to their network. I now have a $800 paperweight. No place in any BestBuy information do I find this information disclosed.

The phone best buy sold me was defective from apple so I had to go to apple store where they ran a diagnostic and confirmed and gave me a brand new working replacement and a free screen protector for the inconvenience.

I wanted to get an unlocked phone as a new year gift for my mom. Apparently it needs to be connected ti i tunes as soon as you open it or the phone locks itself to the first sim. Best buy annapolis sadly had no idea about this. Hence the phone was useless to me, no gift for my mom, and i also had to give $35 resticking fee.

This phone is not a true "unlocked" phone. It locks to the carrier who's sim you stick in there first. You will be at the mercy of that carriers unlock policy as it will lock out SIM usage to any other carrier (even international) unless they due an unlock after activation.

    Great Phone!

I got this phone to replace my Samsung Galaxy S5 but prior to that, I had iPhones for a long time. This phone works so well! I've had the phone for months and the battery life is still incredible. I rarely have to worry about my phone dying during the day (unless I spend all day using apps). It's durable and a great size. It has been difficult getting used to the lack of a headphone jack mostly because this set of headphones is not compatible with other devices. It was frustrating wanting to use my headphones on my macbook but being unable to and the converter does not help in this case so I have to carry a second set around just for my computer. Other than that, it's a great buy!

I gotta give it to apple. These guy are the best at what they do. No shortcuts No nonsense. Just the best smartphone my money can buy. Thank you apple for making truly the best smartphone i have ever used. Intuitive, lightning fast, incredible battery, off the charts camera, faster wifi better bluetooth. All the effort into making a jet black finish. Water resistance. This is by far the most incredible piece of technology on this planet. Ive used the Samsung S6 and The Note7 but all those guys give you is a half finished product. They didn't want the user to have the best experience. GET YOURSELF A 7PLUS
