Still not sold on Apple products but getting more used to. Would recommend if you need to FaceTime someone from faraway as it is great for that

I had an iPhone 6 and really loved it. This 7 is an upgrade for me and although it isn't an iPhone X, it is still a great value for the money.

Solid iPhone. Teenage daughter is very pleased. She's helping to pay for it with her new job so was invested in the purchase. A lot more space than she had before. She likes the new features. The young lady at Best Buy was very helpful in assisting to select a new phone and even helped get us some deals like the trade-in that we did not know we were eligible for.

I bought two iPhone 7s and feel Apple has dropped the ball on this version. The camera is good, but the phone drops calls frequently. Not sure why Apple dropped the headphone jack either. (They did include an easy-to-lose adapter). One other issue is that the Message Access Protocol used to send text is not activated by default, go to Settings-Bluetooth-Uconnect information icon-turn on show notifications. All in all though the iPhone 7 is still a good phone and I would recommend it,

The phone is just what I expected- it’s my 3rd IPhone! It’s faster and has more memory than my last one. I have everything backed up on iCloud so everything basically looks just like my old phone. I usually buy my phone from Verizon but B.B. had a promotion that I couldn’t pass up. I’ll definitely check them out again the next time I upgrade!

Went from 6s to 5se for smaller phone. Hated that and upgraded to 7 and I love it! It's way Better than the previous model. Only reason didn't give it full 5 stars is Bc apple removed the headphone jack and uses the lightening port. So u can't use your own headphones without the adapter but it sucks and who remembers to bring an adapter anywhere. And if u Bluetooth everything it kills your battery faster. Only downfall of this.. also if you get a mophie charging case. It uses an android charger. Not lightening charger. So no way to use any headphone jacks without Bluetooth.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my iPhone 7. The Touch ID is fantastic and works very well. The picture quality is clear and photos look amazing!

My 3rd iPhone and still love the products. Only little setback on the 7 is the need to purchase wireless earphones to hear music and such.
