Honestly

Then switched to the iPhone 7 because my kids talked me into it. I only have had one Apple ipod and that is the only thing that will work on my motorcycle. I have sense given this phone to my son and both of my kids love the iPhone. I just couldn't get used to it.

New iPhone needed for wife

Fair trade in value and paid the full price of the phone. The employee was great at what he does. From start to finish it only took about 15 minutes. The iPhone works just as expected and added AppleCare+ just to be on the safe side.

Best IPhone yet

Only known issue was the signal dropping and Verizon was able to identify the problem and apple sent out a update which totally fixed it. I love the phone don't even notice that it doesn't have a headphone jack because I always used wireless headphones. Love the New OS. *thumbs up*
