User friendly, easy to setup, nice quality picture

Another fine Apple product that works like it is supposed to. Had the phone for almost 4 months now and haven't had any issues.

I used to be an android fanatic but I found out after purchasing my ipad about 2 years ago that most of the quality apps are made by devs in the apps store. I like the simplicity of iOS. At first iOS user to be a lame platform but it has caught up to android. The phone resale value is very important as well.

Great phone, wonderful features! Still lagging with certain features compared to android os. But great company & great phone.

When I went to purchase this phone, I wanted the 256gb model, but it wasn't available, and I didn't want to wait. I have found the 128gb version is more than enough to store all of my music and photos, with room to spare! I love this phone, and I am happy I moved away from android. The battery life is fantastic!

Ended up replacing the 128GB iPhone7 with a 256GB iPhone7 since it was a better value in regards to price/storage.

Good sale price and has most the features of the iPhone 8.Recommended for those not needing the latest technology

I resisted Apple products for a long time and finally decided to try the Iphone 7 plus as it offers accessibility options for a legally blind person and I love how easy it is on my eyes and how big I can make my font/text and boldface it. Totally worth the buy as I can't find this feature in other brands.

I've been an iPhone user from the start and it's been a great ride. My only complaint - I have some music that was sent to me over the internet (I have a friend who composes his own stuff) and it didn't get transferred to the new phone. Otherwise, this phone is the next step in Apple's mobile dominance.

After speaker trouble with 2 samsung phones decided to switch to iphone 7. Great camera and i do not miss the audio out

I was on the fence about replacing my iPhone 6s but needed to upgrade for a number of reasons. This 7 is a wonderful phone with excellent additions. The no headphone jack really isn't a issue, I had moved to Bluetooth headphones quite a while ago so not a big deal. I am really happy with this phone.

Great except doesn't have a normal plug for headphones. You have to remember the adapter, and I've already lost mine.

It looks nice with solid build and plenty storage space. The only minor issue is that it occasional freeze briefly.

I have been in the Android world, although have 2 other mac products so it feels good to be back into the mac/apple vocabulary! Many useful features, and I learn new ones each day. Text very easy to read. Photo features good. Sometimes something is too intuitive but Google finds me the how-to!

iPhones are the best. I've had android phones in the past and always had problems with those phones freezing and crashing and breaking. I felt like I was always at the wireless store getting it fixed or replaced. Since I went to the iPhone 3 years ago, I have not had one problem with my phone. Ever.

Not overly thrilled with this version. I don't like having to double click to open the screen, it's unnecessary to any real function. I hate the fact that they don't move the connection ports to the top or sides of the phone. Just keeps me buying cords because of the constant strain on them. And lastly, I get constant complaints that I can't be heard. The speakers appear to be inferior.

Super disappointed in my iPhone 7. Have purchased iPhones since 2008 and have never had speaker problems like this. My iPhone 5s that I gave to my mom still sounds beautiful when making calls..the 7 makes it sound like the person is miles away if you can hear them at all..even with volume all the way up. I later read that this has been an issue with the 7. I do like the new features though. I exchanged the 7 for a new one..Best Buy gets 5 stars for their customer service.

I like the better camera and the home button is better. Not quite sure how I feel about the wireless headphones yet

Of course it is inconvenient not having a head phone jack, but I feel this phone functions better than my old 6.

I bought the iPhone 7 at BestBuy and I am excited about using it. I have been using the flip phone for years and transiting to a smartphone can be frightening. However, I am liking it. It might take me awhile to get used to it, but I am sure I would have no problem navigating the phone.
